Real Talk Body Image Training at work

Body image impacts all of us. It is simply how we feel about our bodies. Research indicates that it negatively impacts over 90% of women and 45%+ of men. We don't talk about it but most of us can relate... so maybe we should.  There's a lot we don't know that can lighten the load.

"It was great to have Emi speak at our employee network event. Her insight into how we can all have a healthier relationship with our bodies was perfect at a time when there is so much pressure to look a certain way. Emi made a complicated topic accessible and engaging via her great presentation style. We’d would love to work with Emi again in the future."
