Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity with The Queer Box
Inclusivity matters. Your culture matters. It’s ok not to know what you don’t know, but you have a responsibility to fix that when you realise that you or your team has knowledge gaps. And we can help. The Queer Box exists to equip you with all you need to enable yourself and your team to build a culture that’s inclusive, supportive, and designed for the diverse range of humans within it. We work with you to make sure every member of your team feels confident - and is competent - to work with people, regardless of whether their diversity is based on gender, sexuality, relationship styles, or all of the above.

Training includes:

LGBTQ+ terminology
The differences between gender identity, gender expression and biological sex.
Understanding trans lived experiences
Questioning gendered language and assumptions Identifying microaggressions
Q&A and discussion
This live training session is delivered through a combination of taught content and time for discussion
All our training is delivered from a place of open, non-judgemental curiosity. We curate a space in which attendees feel safe sitting with and working through any discomfort they may feel as their self-awareness grows. Attendees will be challenged, but they will also be held. They will leave the session with greater knowledge and confidence in their ability to work inclusively with all people, regardless of their gender, sexuality or relationship status.
