Hi, I'm Emi, a  Screen Wellbeing Specialist. Perhaps you’ve never heard of one? Yep, we’re new. With a background in behaviour change, I run online and in-person wellbeing workshops about Phone Freedom – what it is and why it’s important.

The 'problem' is often something we're finding hard to put our finger on. Hard to identify as it isn't visible or validated in our everyday lives.

 

We're missing solutions and a broader understanding and how technology moves us in small but important ways.​​
